Note: We do not work without
a contract. If you or your company
does not provide your own agreement, you will be expected to sign and return
ours. Work does not commence until said contract is duly authorized.
Detailed invoices will be sent on a bi-weekly basis; payment is due within
15 days of receipt. Non-payment will result in suspension of assignment
until account has been brought current. A Kill Fee in the amount
of 20% of what the total compensation package would have been, plus
reimbursement of any additional expenses incurred, is assessed on all
assignments unless otherwise negotiated upfront in the terms of the
contract. On-site attendance (conferences, presentations, meetings,
symposia, etc.) is billed at the rate of $35.00 per hour including travel
time; all expenses will be submitted for reimbursement at cost.
Consulting fees for conference organization will be negotiated based on
the specific event.
