Please
Note: NO ASSIGNMENTS ARE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A
CONTRACT.
If you or your company does
not provide your
own agreement, you will be expected to sign and return one provided for
you. Work does not commence until said contract is duly
authorized.
Detailed invoices will be sent on a weekly basis; payment is due within 7 business days of
receipt. Non-payment
will result in suspension of assignment
until account has been brought current.
Custom material production
is not performed without first obtaining a signed Kill Fee
agreement.
A Kill Fee in the amount of 20% of what the total compensation
package
would have been, plus reimbursement of any additional expenses incurred,
is assessed on all
assignments unless otherwise negotiated upfront in
the terms of the contract.
Unless otherwise negotiated, on-site attendance at
conferences,
presentations, meetings, symposia, etc. is billed at the rate of
$50.00
per event hour including travel time; all
expenses will be submitted
for reimbursement at cost.
Consulting fees are
negotiated based on the
specifics of the individual contract. Please inquire.

additional projects/rates,
please inquire for
details. Ghostwrites, total rewrites, original full-length books ,
on-site business development and consultancy, etc. will be contracted
at negotiated rates.
