01/14/05 Update:
I am pleased to note that I have received an appropriate and timely response to the Notice of Intent served upon the individual who took this document, slightly modified and reposted it under her own authorship in many RSD-related forums. The individual has agreed to a.) remove the Letter from sites currently posting it, b.) post retraction of authorship claims throughout those same sites and c.) adapt it under my direction and attribute full authorship and copyright notice to this rightful owner. As promised, I have updated this page accordingly.
Thank you to all those who assisted in this endeavor, from the persons providing me with information on this unfortunate matter to the webmasters who immediately complied with my requests to remove it from their sites, including MSN Network and the BrainTalk Communities.
